Child Eye Health

Every child deserves to see the chalkboard clearly, to laugh and play with friends without worry, and to look toward the future with hope. Yet, for millions, this simple dream is out of reach because eye care is inaccessible or too expensive. EYESHA is committed to overcoming these barriers. By bringing cutting-edge technology and training local providers, we're building brighter, healthier futures—because no child should miss out on life's simple joys.

Collaborating with the RiSE Alliance for Children, we've launched a vision screening program across Ethiopia. We've empowered local doctors and nurses through multi-stakeholder "Training of Trainers" workshops. These trainers have educated 93 school nurses who are now conducting vision screenings. Meetings with Ethiopia's Ministry of Health and NGOs are ongoing to expand this initiative nationwide.
